Independent Technical Reviews and Advisory

Providing objective, science-based expertise to inform decision-making and policy on complex water challenges. By assembling expertise across the University of Florida, the Water Institute leads independent technical reviews, expert panels, and advisory efforts, supporting agencies and organizations with rigorous analysis, synthesis of evidence, and clear, actionable recommendations

Expert Facilitation and Coordination

Convening and guiding interdisciplinary teams to foster collaboration, align perspectives, and advance innovative, solutions-oriented water research. Our team brings expertise in team science, stakeholder engagement, and the co-development of knowledge, facilitating cross-sector collaboration and supporting workshops, meetings, proposal development, project management, and coordination.

Data Science and Planning

Transforming complex environmental data into actionable insights to support planning and decision-making. Drawing on in-house expertise, including postdoctoral researchers and technical staff, the Water Institute develops data management plans, synthesizes diverse datasets, and supports stakeholders in meeting reporting requirements and advancing data-informed water solutions.
