Expert Assistance
Expert Assistance focuses on connecting stakeholders with the expertise needed to address complex water challenges. As a knowledge leader, the Water Institute collaborates with affiliate faculty and partners to provide timely, interdisciplinary support. These efforts strengthen its role as a trusted resource for informed decision-making.
Objectives
Develop and maintain a functional, searchable database of experts including expertise within and beyond UF.
Facilitate timely and effective expert assistance to support research, policy, and stakeholder needs.
Broaden participation in expert assistance initiatives by engaging across disciplines, colleges, and career stages.
Expand the Water Institute project portfolio through reputational connections with affiliate faculty & expert collaborators.
