Center Level Advancement

Center-Level Advancement focuses on strengthening the Water Institute’s capacity to grow, lead, and sustain large-scale impact. By reinforcing the Institute’s institutional foundation, this effort enables it to expand its reach, deepen its role as a connector and leader, and support transformative work across research, programs, and partnerships.

Objectives

Secure project funding that supports programmatic and research missions.

Build capacity and create synergies across UF and external partners to achieve strategic goals and expand institutional impact.

What We’re Doing

For the 2025-2030 strategic plan, the Water Institute undertook a four-step process engaging both internal and external stakeholders through surveys, listening sessions, and a collaborative workshop.
